As a part of Road Movies' service we arrange the necessary film copyright clearance for you, so all you need to do is decide what film to screen. Some films have screening restrictions in relation to outdoor exhibition and free events etc. So it's important that you get confirmation from Road Movie, before you start your promotions.
Charging Admission:
If you are charging admission you will need to keep a box office record for the film distributor, they will either charge a base rate or 35% of the box office takings whatever the greater.
